Use this form to register your project with PeaceJam .

Try to answer each question as fully as possible. Boxes marked with an * are required. You can print out this worksheet to work on your answers first.

Note:

Only project leaders may register a project
Project leaders must be at least 13 years old.
After PeaceJam has approved your project, the project leader will be sent instructions for logging in to this site.
The project leader is in charge of enrolling project members in this site. If you want to log in to the GCA site, please talk to your project leader.

Many GCA projects have adult sponsors, who may or may not be the same as the Project Leader. Having an adult sponsor is not required. Check with PeaceJam if you have any questions.
